Lervig is an independent craft brewery from Stavanger, Norway, founded in 2003 after the closure of the local brewery Tou, with the goal of keeping beer production in the city. From the beginning, they combined traditional styles with experimental batches, and in 2010, with the arrival of head brewer Mike Murphy, they developed a distinctive style focused on modern IPAs and complex barrel-aged stouts.
