Ratafia dels Raiers is the emblematic creation of the Portet distillery and one of the most iconic drinks of the Pyrenees. It is made from a recipe over fifty years old, created by Joan Portet, and faithfully passed down through generations.

Its foundation lies in green walnuts and nutmeg, while its depth of flavor comes from the distillation of 21 carefully selected aromatic herbs, roots, and spices. This liqueur has a distinctive amber-brown color, an alcohol content of 29%, and a natural sweetness of 275 g of sugar per liter, making it full-bodied, rounded, and complex on the palate. Nutty and herbal notes intertwine with a warm touch of spice, leaving a long and harmonious finish. Traditionally enjoyed after meals, served chilled or over ice, it is also a versatile ally in the kitchen.

It enhances sauces and roasts beautifully, and shines when paired with fruit-based desserts and pastries.
