Lisadurne Hill is a family-owned estate and producer of extra virgin olive oil based in Rushworth, Victoria, Australia, known for its strong focus on quality, varietal expression, and terroir. The olive groves were established in the mid-2000s and today comprise around 27,000 carefully selected trees, including varieties such as Hojiblanca, Picual, Correggiola, Picholine, and Kalamata.
