Little Hogback Farm is a small family-owned farm located in Bristol, Vermont, at the foothills of the Green Mountains, where pure maple syrup is sustainably produced from the surrounding forest. The farm operates around 800 maple taps, collecting sap each season from sugar maple trees, which is then evaporated using a traditional wood-fired evaporator.
