Kranjska klobasa Arvaj is a traditional Slovenian semi-durable sausage produced by Loške Mesnine. This sausage holds a protected geographical indication status and is crafted from premium minced pork and firm bacon, seasoned with salt, garlic, and pepper, then hot-smoked over beechwood.

It has garnered numerous awards for its quality, including multiple titles of Best Kranjska Klobasa. Traditionally, Kranjska klobasa is enjoyed either warm with sautéed sauerkraut or sour turnip, or cold with a roll or Kaiser roll, accompanied by mustard and grated horseradish.
