After the initial vinification that establishes the purity and precision characteristic of the Cristal style, the rosé Vinothèque undergoes an exceptionally long maturation process: first more than a decade on the lees, followed by additional aging under cork before release. In the glass, Cristal Rosé Vinothèque reveals a delicate copper-rose hue with fine, persistent bubbles.
