Lu Zi Shifeng is a Chinese Xihu Longjing green tea from the Lu Zheng Hao brand, originating in the Shifeng Mountain area of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It belongs to the brand’s Mingqian Jingpin selection of carefully selected teas harvested before the Qingming Festival in early April.

This selection uses young spring shoots from early harvests in the Shifeng area. The tea is pan-fired by hand, gradually shaping the leaves into Longjing’s characteristic flat form. Its identity combines origins in one of the most highly regarded Xihu Longjing production areas with the traditional processing skills of Lu Zheng Hao.
