Madam Paleta is a female-founded tequila distillery inspired by Mexican paleta (popsicle) culture. Founded in 2023 in College Station, Texas, the distillery produces premium tequila made from 100% blue agave sourced from Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico.

Their tequila is infused with natural flavors like pineapple, grapefruit, and tamarind, resulting in unique and authentic flavor profiles. Madam Paleta has won numerous awards, including Double Gold for its tamarind flavor at the New York World Spirits Competition, as well as the "Best in Class" title at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The distillery is dedicated to preserving the authenticity of tequila, using traditional production and infusion methods to create smooth and flavorful products.
