Pasta Mancini's Spaghetti is an artisanal pasta crafted from durum wheat semolina cultivated directly by the company in Italy. The only ingredients used are semolina and water, ensuring a pure and authentic product.
The pasta is extruded through circular bronze dies, imparting a rough texture that enhances sauce adherence. It is then dried at temperatures between 36°C and 46°C for 36 hours to preserve its nutritional value and flavor.
The spaghetti has a diameter of 2.2 mm and a length of 260 mm, with a recommended cooking time of 9 to 11 minutes for an al dente texture. This meticulous production process results in a high-quality pasta that embodies the rich agricultural heritage of the Le Marche region.
