Manincor is a family-owned winery located in Kaltern, in the Alto Adige (South Tyrol) region of Italy. The estate's history dates back to 1608, and it is currently managed by Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg and his wife Sophie, who took over in 1991. The winery spans approximately 50 hectares of vineyards, cultivating varieties such as Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Lagrein, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
