Marfuga is a family-run farm from Umbria, with a tradition of olive growing and processing dating back to 1817. Today, the company is synonymous with premium extra virgin olive oil, thanks in particular to local varieties such as Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino.
Their olive groves cover about 40 hectares, and the uniqueness of their production lies in the careful handling of the fruit and the combination of traditional methods with modern technology. Their oils are known for their distinctive aromas of fresh grass, artichoke, and almond, with a strong structure and clarity of flavor. Today, in addition to olive oil, Marfuga also develops cosmetics based on olive oil and, through tastings and visits to the estate, cultivates a direct relationship with consumers, blending tradition, quality, and the contemporary Italian spirit.
