Grain Noble Petite Arvine is a small-production dessert wine crafted by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz from the Petite Arvine grape, grown on terraced, biodynamically farmed vineyards in the village of Fully in the Valais region of Switzerland. The grapes are harvested late, at high natural sugar concentration, often after the development of noble rot, which contributes to the wine’s remarkable aromatic complexity.

Yields are extremely low and berry selection is rigorous, with only perfectly ripe and healthy grapes making it into the final cuvée. In the glass, the wine shows a deep golden-amber color.

On the nose, it reveals layers of honey, candied citrus peel, ripe apricot, dried tropical fruit, and waxy notes typical of high-quality dessert wines. The palate is rich and concentrated, yet never heavy - the naturally high acidity of Petite Arvine refreshes the sweetness and provides tension and balance.

The texture is silky, almost liqueur-like, with a long finish where honey, minerality and the distinctive salty note of this variety intertwine.
