Premium Early Harvest is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from the Chondrolia Chalkidiki variety, one of the most renowned olive types from northern Greece. It is produced from unripe, green olives that are hand-picked early in the season, at the stage when they are richest in polyphenols and aromatic compounds.

Immediately after harvest, the olives are cold-pressed under controlled conditions, ensuring the maximum preservation of the oil’s nutritional and organoleptic properties. This oil is characterized by intense fruitiness, balanced bitter and pungent notes, and a distinct freshness and complexity. Thanks to its high content of antioxidants and polyphenols, especially oleocanthal, it offers notable health benefits and is suitable for everyday use in a diet focused on prevention and vitality.

The oil has very low acidity, often below 0.3%, which is a strong indicator of its superior quality.
