Martini Bianco is an Italian white vermouth first introduced in 1910 under the name "Bianchissimo", inspired by the white blossoms of vanilla. It is produced from carefully selected white wines, including Trebbiano, which are aromatized with a blend of herbs, flowers, and spices according to a recipe that remains a closely guarded trade secret. Its dominant aromas of vanilla and delicate floral notes are balanced by subtle herbal and spicy characteristics. The vermouth is distinguished by its pale golden color and a rounded palate with pronounced sweetness, gentle bitterness, and a long aromatic finish. With an alcohol content of approximately 15% ABV, it can be served well chilled, over ice with a slice of lemon, or used as an ingredient in a variety of aperitif cocktails. Thanks to its distinctive profile and continuous production since the early 20th century, Martini Bianco remains one of the flagship products of the Martini portfolio and one of the world's best-known white vermouths.
