Ispiritu Sardu is an organic extra virgin olive oil from the premium range of producer Masoni Becciu and is considered one of the most representative oils of southern Sardinia. It is produced in limited quantities, using early harvesting and rapid processing in order to preserve its aromatic expression and natural structure.

Sensory-wise, Ispiritu Sardu shows a medium to intense fruitiness, with pronounced notes of green tomato, Mediterranean herbs, olive leaf, and artichoke. On the palate, it delivers a well-balanced bitterness and a clear yet refined pungency, followed by a long, herbaceous finish.

Its flavor profile reflects a distinctly Sardinian character - clean, vibrant, and expressive, without aiming for excessive softness. The oil is primarily intended for raw use, pairing well with vegetables, legumes, soups, and bruschetta, but it also performs well with meat and fish dishes where it can add structure and depth.
