Missing Link Brewing is a British craft microbrewery founded in 2016 at Chiddinglye Farm, in the wooded Sussex Weald of West Sussex. It was established with the aim of taking a more considered approach to modern craft brewing, emphasizing quality, balanced flavors, and a close connection with its natural surroundings. The opening of its on-site taproom in 2020 marked an important stage in its development, providing a dedicated space where beers could be served directly at the source while helping the brewery establish a distinctive brand identity.
