Miyazaki Honten is a Japanese producer of alcoholic beverages founded in 1846 in Kusu, now part of Yokkaichi in Mie Prefecture. It was established by Shōzaburō Miyazaki and is now led by the seventh generation of the family. Its best-known brands are Miyanoyuki sake and Kinmiya shochu.
