Molino Zanone is a family business based in Lisio, in Italy’s Cuneo province. The Zanone brothers founded it in 1978 in the Mongia Valley, where chestnuts have long been part of the local diet and economy. Chestnut processing was the company’s original activity, and later generations expanded its facilities and product range.
