Stilio Primitivo di Manduria is a wine that expresses the warm, sun-driven character of southern Apulia through a rich and concentrated interpretation of the Primitivo grape. Produced from grapes grown in the Manduria DOC area, it reflects the region’s clay–limestone soils and Mediterranean climate, which allow for full ripening and depth of flavor.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby to garnet color with intense saturation. The aromatic profile is dominated by ripe dark fruit such as black cherry, plum and blackberry, accompanied by notes of sweet spices, cocoa, vanilla and subtle balsamic nuances.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smooth, with soft, mature tannins and a warm, enveloping structure. The balance between alcohol, fruit concentration and freshness gives it a rounded and approachable style while maintaining intensity.

The finish is long and persistent, marked by ripe fruit and gentle spice. Stilio Primitivo di Manduria represents a classic, expressive example of the appellation, suitable for pairing with grilled meats, slow-cooked dishes, rich pasta sauces and aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as a bold yet harmonious red wine.
