Mujeza Umara Honey is a premium Yemeni sidr honey produced by Mujezat Al‑Shifa, originating from the Hadramaut region of Yemen. It is also marketed as Umara Sidr Yemeni Hadrami and is classified as a monofloral sidr honey, made predominantly from the nectar of the Ziziphus spina-christi tree.
The product contains natural sidr honey without added flavorings or sweeteners. Bees collect the nectar during the limited sidr flowering season, after which the honey is extracted, selected, and packaged under Mujezat Al‑Shifa’s quality-control system. Its origin in Hadramaut, a region renowned for producing high-quality sidr honey, is one of its defining characteristics.
Umara Honey is distinguished by its dark amber color, thick and smooth texture, and rich, lingering flavor. Its pronounced natural sweetness is accompanied by warm caramel, fruity, and subtly herbal notes characteristic of Yemeni sidr honey. It can be enjoyed on its own, served with bread, dates, cheese, or yogurt, or added to lukewarm beverages.
