Honjōzō Myōkōsan is a sake produced by Myōkō Shuzō in Jōetsu, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. A regular offering from the brewery, it is made for everyday enjoyment with food.

The rice is polished to 65% of its original size.

It has a gentle rice flavour, a smooth texture and a clean finish. Light yet satisfying, it is a sake that can be enjoyed regularly without becoming tiresome.
