Nanaga Kudu Biltong is a traditional South African cured-meat product made from kudu and sold by Nanaga Farm Stall in the Eastern Cape.

It is prepared by seasoning the meat and gradually air-drying it, reducing its moisture content and concentrating its natural game flavour. Kudu is particularly lean and rich in protein, giving this type of biltong a characteristically firm and compact texture.

It has an intense, savoury flavour and a more pronounced game character than beef biltong. It can be enjoyed on its own as a protein-rich snack or thinly sliced and served as part of a charcuterie platter.
