Nettuno is an Italian family-owned producer of premium preserved seafood based in the fishing village of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast in the Campania region. The company was founded in 1950 by Raffaele Giordano, initially processing both seafood and agricultural products before specializing exclusively in traditional seafood preserves from Cetara. Today, the business is managed by the founder's sons, Vincenzo and Giulio Giordano, who continue the family's artisanal methods while preserving the region's centuries-old maritime heritage. Much of the production is still carried out by hand, following traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations. The company places strong emphasis on local sourcing, with production depending on the seasonality and availability of fish caught by fishermen from Cetara. Combining craftsmanship with strict quality standards, Nettuno has become one of the leading ambassadors of Cetara's anchovy tradition.
