Candyman Seasonal Blend is a seasonal specialty coffee blend produced by Dubai-based Nightjar Coffee Roasters. The current version combines beans originating from Brazil, Papua New Guinea and Rwanda. The coffees are processed using natural, pulped natural and honey methods. These processing techniques contribute pronounced sweetness, fruitiness and a fuller body to the brewed coffee. The beans receive a light-to-medium roast intended to preserve their fruity and acidic characteristics. The producer identifies notes of summer berries, gummy bears and overripe marmalade in its flavour profile. The taste is characterised by a combination of intense fruity sweetness and pronounced acidity. The composition of the blend may change according to the season and the availability of individual harvests, while the roastery aims to maintain its recognisable flavour profile. Candyman is developed as an omni-roast suitable for different brewing methods.
