Malbec from Noemía is a refined Patagonian expression of the variety, sourced from old, ungrafted vines planted in the early 1930s in the Río Negro Valley. The wine is made with a strong focus on vineyard expression, using organic and biodynamic practices and minimal intervention in the cellar.

Fermentation relies on native yeasts with gentle extraction, followed by aging in large, neutral oak to preserve purity rather than impose oak character. Aromatically, it offers layered notes of dark cherry, plum and blackcurrant, complemented by floral hints and subtle mineral undertones.

On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, precise finish that highlights the distinctive freshness and restraint of Patagonian Malbec.
