Nuovo Consorzio Cooperative Pontis is a consortium of fishing cooperatives based in Cabras, on the west coast of Sardinia, specializing in fishing, fish processing, and sales, particularly mullet bottarga. It was founded in 1993 through the merger of 11 cooperatives, bringing the Cabras lagoon’s generations-old fishing tradition under a shared production and commercial structure.
