Planted on clay-rich Bokkeveld shale soils, the vines benefit from slow ripening conditions influenced by ocean breezes and frequent cloud cover, which help preserve natural acidity and aromatic precision.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, the wine combines fruit purity with subtle oak influence, typically matured in French oak to enhance texture without overshadowing the varietal character. Aromatically, it shows notes of citrus, green apple, and stone fruit, alongside hints of mandarin and delicate floral nuances.
