Oio Vivo is a premium brand of extra virgin olive oil produced by Oleum Maris, located in southern Istria, between Vodnjan and Pula. Their olive grove—the largest in that part of Istria—covers about 56 hectares with 15,000 trees, cultivated exclusively in their own orchards. The brand nurtures local and rare varieties such as Vodnjanska Buža, Istarska Bjelica, Rozinjola, and Žižolera, as well as two blends: the mild Bon and the intense Gajardo.
