Okunomatsu Shuzō is a sake producer based in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. The Yusa family began brewing sake in 1716, and the business is now led by its nineteenth-generation successor. The name Okunomatsu combines Ōshū, a historical name for the region, with Nihonmatsu.
