Olio Guglietta is an Italian family-run olive mill from the Lazio region, which has been preserving the tradition of extra virgin olive oil production for four generations. Their groves, located about 400 meters above sea level and just ten kilometers from the sea, include centuries-old trees of the Itrana and Vallecorsana varieties.
The olives are hand-harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness and processed within no more than 12 hours, ensuring freshness and the natural aroma of the fruit. Cold pressing combined with modern technology, controlled temperatures, and protection from oxidation results in an oil with exceptionally low acidity and a rich sensory profile.
Its aroma is dominated by herbal and fruity notes, while the taste is rounded, intense, and harmonious, with a pronounced varietal character. The oil is stored in stainless steel silos under a protective layer of inert gas, further guaranteeing stability and long-lasting quality.
