Produced in Contursi Terme using purified steam - vapore pulito - obtained through reverse osmosis, the process ensures a high level of ingredient hygiene and purity.
This pasta shape, with its small indentation that perfectly captures sauces, is traditionally formed while also benefiting from bronze-die extrusion and slow drying at low temperatures. The ideal cooking time is 8-10 minutes to achieve a full al dente texture.
