Oubaas Springbok Biltong is a traditional South African biltong made from premium springbok meat. The springbok is an antelope and one of South Africa’s most recognisable national symbols.

Carefully selected meat is expertly seasoned and slowly air-dried to preserve the natural flavour and tenderness for which springbok is known.

Springbok Biltong is characterised by its high protein content, low fat content, tender texture, and rich, distinctive game flavour. It can be enjoyed on its own as a protein-rich snack or served on a platter with kudu biltong.
