Owl Man Distillery is a craft distillery in Macau specializing in the production of premium gin and ready-to-drink cocktails. It was founded by Dan McAulay from New Zealand and Rebeca Fellini from Brazil, both long-time Macau residents, who began developing their own gin recipes in 2019 with the goal of creating an authentic locally made spirit. Located in Taipa, the distillery is regarded as the first craft gin distillery in Macau. The entire production process, from recipe development and distillation to bottling, labeling, and packaging, takes place at its own facility. Owl Man Distillery uses a traditional double-distillation method together with carefully selected botanicals sourced from Europe and Asia, producing gins that reflect the unique blend of cultural and gastronomic influences that define Macau.
