Ozawa Shuzo is a historic Japanese sake brewery founded in 1702 in Sawai, Ome City, in western Tokyo, and is recognized as the oldest sake producer in the Tokyo region. Its flagship brand, Sawanoi, takes its name from the local area known for its exceptionally pure spring water, a defining element in the brewery’s production.
