Pastelaria Fong Kei is a traditional bakery in Macau established in 1902, making it one of the oldest bakeries in the region. The brand was named after its founder, Fong Kei, whose original tea house later evolved into a bakery specializing in traditional Chinese pastries and baked goods. For more than a century, the company has operated from the same location in the historic Taipa Village, preserving authentic recipes and artisanal production methods that have been passed down through four generations of the family. Particular emphasis is placed on handmade production and the use of carefully selected ingredients to maintain the traditional character of its products. Its product range includes almond cookies, egg rolls, wife cakes, husband cakes, walnut cookies, banana cakes, and other traditional Chinese pastries associated with Macau. The bakery is well known for preserving the authentic appearance of its historic shop and its traditional way of baking, making it one of the city's notable gastronomic landmarks.
