Pastificio 28 Pastai is a small artisanal pasta factory located above the historic Valle dei Mulini in Gragnano, a town renowned as the epicenter of traditional Pasta di Gragnano IGP production. The name “28 Pastai” pays tribute to the 28 historic mills that once powered an equal number of pastifici (pasta makers) in the area.
