Pateromichelakis is a small family-run estate located in the village of Lousakies, in the Kissamos area of Chania on the island of Crete, with a viticultural tradition dating back to the 18th century. While the family has long been involved in olive growing and grape cultivation, modern winemaking began in 2005 when brothers Yiannis and Manos Pateromichelakis revived the estate with a focus on indigenous varieties and experimental vinification.
