Patsakis Distillery is a family-run producer of traditional Cretan spirits based in the village of Prinias in the Heraklion region, formally established in 1990. The distillery focuses primarily on tsikoudia, a grape pomace spirit deeply rooted in local culture, and was among the early producers to bottle it under a defined brand rather than distribute it in bulk.
