Pfatisch is an artisan pastry shop and chocolatier in Turin, in Italy’s Piedmont region, founded in 1915 by pastry chef Gustavo Pfatisch. It has operated at Via Sacchi 42 since 1921, and its original chocolate workshop is preserved in the basement.
