The coffee is processed using the washed method and roasted in small batches at the Phin Lab roastery, highlighting its clean and elegant flavor structure.

Its profile features gentle citrus acidity, soft sweetness, and a smooth texture, accompanied by fruit-forward and floral notes, with a jasmine-like finish reminiscent of fresh mountain air.
