Pietradolce is a family-owned winery founded in 2005 and located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, in the village of Solicchiata near Castiglione di Sicilia. Its vineyards lie at elevations between approximately 650 and 950 meters above sea level, on highly mineral, lava-rich soils that strongly shape the character of the wines.
