Hedgehogs are hedgehog-shaped praline chocolates made by Canadian producer Purdys Chocolatier in Vancouver, British Columbia. One of the company’s signature products, they feature a milk chocolate shell filled with hazelnut gianduja.

They are made from sugar, hazelnuts, milk ingredients, cocoa butter, and cocoa mass, with lecithin. Inside is a smooth, creamy blend of hazelnuts and chocolate, while the outer shell forms the distinctive hedgehog figure.

They are characterised by a pronounced hazelnut flavour, milky sweetness, and a soft, creamy filling. The smooth gianduja blends with the chocolate shell as it melts in the mouth.
