Puritas Still Water is a still natural spring water originating from the family-owned Jakkalsdrift farm near Barkly East in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province. The source is located in the Drakensberg mountain region, which is characterized by a cool climate, extensive pastures, and a low population density. The spring water passes through the soil and rock layers of this area, which act as a natural geological filter. The source forms part of an estate that has been passed down through seven generations of the Brümmer family over more than 150 years. According to the producer, the water continues to flow even during periods of drought. It is bottled at its source without the addition of carbon dioxide. The product contains only natural spring water and has a clean, mild taste without a pronounced aftertaste.
