Quesería Francisco Bada is an artisanal dairy located in the village of Tielve in Cabrales, within the mountainous Picos de Europa region of Asturias. It is one of the traditional producers of Cabrales cheese with Protected Designation of Origin status, using raw cow’s milk, often complemented by sheep’s and goat’s milk in line with local practices.
