Quesería Tierra de Tineo is a family-run dairy located in the mountainous southwest of Asturias, in the municipality of Tineo at around 700 meters above sea level, where natural conditions favor high-quality milk production. The project began in 2004, with commercial production starting in 2007 after a development phase focused on refining its cheeses.
