Quinta de la Quietud is an organic winery located in the DO Toro appellation in Zamora, northwestern Spain, dedicated exclusively to expressing the character of Tinta de Toro, the local Tempranillo clone. The project was founded in 1999 and has been fully committed to certified organic viticulture since the early 2000s, working with dry-farmed vineyards and traditional practices, including horse plowing and manual harvesting.
