Finca Ladero is a red wine from Ramón Bilbao, produced as part of the Lalomba project and sourced from a single high-altitude vineyard in Rioja Oriental, located on the slopes of Monte Yerga at around 700-720 meters above sea level. The vineyard’s elevation and poor, stony soils contribute to a cooler growing environment that preserves freshness while allowing full phenolic ripeness.

The wine is primarily based on Tempranillo, complemented by Garnacha, a blend designed to balance structure, tension and aromatic complexity. In the glass, Finca Ladero shows precise aromas of red cherry, wild berries and subtle floral notes, layered with hints of Mediterranean herbs and restrained spice.

Oak influence is deliberately discreet, supporting the fruit rather than dominating it. On the palate, the wine is fresh and energetic, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.
