Rauch, also known as Ölmühle & Gemüsehof Rauch, is an Austrian family farm with its own oil mill in Bierbaum, in the municipality of St. Peter am Ottersbach, southeastern Styria. Drawing on generations of agricultural tradition, it produces pumpkin seed and sunflower oils and grows seasonal vegetables.
