Redhead Creamery, located in Brooten, Minnesota, was established by Alise Sjostrom in 2013. The creamery is situated on her family’s dairy farm, Jer-Lindy Farms, and began producing cheese after a successful Kickstarter campaign.

Redhead Creamery is dedicated to sustainability and produces a variety of artisan cheeses, including cheddar, brie, and cheese curds, using milk from their own grass-fed cows.
