Hellstork is a Slovak craft brewery founded in 2012 in Myjava, quickly gaining recognition for its experimental spirit and strong identity. Starting as a gypsy brewery, it later established its own production facility and became known for its unfiltered, unpasteurized beers made without artificial additives.
